Do I need a Paypal Account to place an order?

No. Orders are placed through Paypal, if you do not want to pay using this method, simply click the Paypal logo to confirm your order and then on the Paypal screen choose 'Don't have a Paypal Account' where you can then pay securely using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta or Solo.


How will my flip flops be shipped?

All products are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier.


How do I redeem a discount / promotional code?

Enter the code in the relevant box in the contents of shopping bag before confirming your order, when you click apply, your discount will then be shown. The code is case sensitive.


Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please e-mail us as soon as possible. If your order has been despatched you will need to pay the postage return costs. If your order has not yet been despatched we will cancel your order immediately and refund your payment. An e-mail will then be forwarded to you confirming this.


Can I return my flip flops, ballerinas or slippers?

Yes. Please e-mail returns@fabflipflops.co.uk to obtain a Returns Number which you should include on your Returns Invoice inside your parcel. You are responsible for the cost of the returns, please obtain proof of posting and retain this until your refund is processed.  Please view the Returns Policy via the Returns link at the bottom of the page.


Can I exchange my flip flops, ballerinas or slippers?

Please note that we are no longer able to offer exchanges. If you would like to receive another item the best way to do this is to re-order the new item and return the original item as per the Returns Policy. This ensures that the stock is available and allocated to you. Your order will also be despatched more quickly.


How will I be refunded?

As soon as the flip flops are received, your refund for the returned item(s) will be processed and credited back to the account which you paid from. You will not receive credit for the original cost of delivery. You will receive an e-mail informing you when your refund has been completed. If you ordered an item using a discount / promotional code then the refund will be adjusted accordingly to reflect this, therefore your refund will be the exact amount you were charged including the discount, not the full price of the original item.


Can you ship to a different address?

Yes, just complete the details when checking out.
